Return Policy

Due to the nature of our product we cannot do exchanges or returns. The only exception is if an item is received damaged.

Although most pieces can be easily fixed by reconnecting a chain or reattaching stones, we realize sometimes things just cannot be fixed.

So, if a piece is beyond repair, you have 3 days from the date that you receive your order to notify us of the damage.

Please send us an email at lulubellesbling@gmail.com. Please include your name, order #, and a photo of the damaged piece. We will either try to repair or replace the item but there will be no refunds.
